Founding venue pilot

Private-beta terms

Last updated 9 July 2026

These terms are for Tendr's early, five-venue private beta. The product is still being tested and these are not public-launch subscription terms.

Applying and taking part

Submitting the application form does not guarantee a place. If Tendr invites you to join, Mike Bawol will confirm the practical details with you by email.

A free pilot

There is no charge and no payment card required during the founding pilot. If Tendr later offers a paid continuation, the price and terms will be agreed with you before you decide whether to continue.

How the beta works

The private beta helps you draft replies to reviews in your voice. Direct Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor connections are not included in this pilot. You are responsible for checking each draft, making any edits and choosing whether to copy and post it yourself. Tendr does not automatically publish replies during the pilot.

A product in testing

Features may change, pause or not work as expected while the beta is being developed. Check every draft before using it, and keep your own copy of anything important. Tendr does not promise a particular rating, ranking, number of customers or other business result.

Using the beta responsibly

Only submit review content that you are entitled to use. Do not use the beta for unlawful, abusive or misleading activity, or to interfere with the service. Access may be paused or ended if the beta is misused or needs to close.

Feedback and leaving

Feedback is welcome and may be used to improve Tendr. You can stop taking part at any time by emailing hello@trytendr.com. Tendr may also pause or end the pilot and will tell participants if that happens.

Privacy and contact

The privacy notice explains how the application form is handled. For any question about these terms, email hello@trytendr.com.
